Original case.
The badge was a present of Japanese olympic reprezentation (Japanese amateur boxing federation) on Olympic games 1936 Berlin. It was commemoration of the following Olympic games 1940 in Tokyo. This Olympic games did not happen because the Japan invaded China and the International Olympic Committee withdrawn Japan of the right to organize games. Japan gave up this right itself in 1938.
